We ordered another one of these for one of my kids' teachers as an end-of-the-year gift and she loved it! I saw her carrying it full of stuff just the following day after we gave it to her.

Shoulder straps are very useful when you need to keep your hands free. Both are sturdy and comfortable.

The package arrived without a hitch. I noticed a slight smell right away, but that went away after airing out overnight. I really like this bag.
